This Privacy Policy describes how Fuet Corp. ("Fuet", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects data when you use Oculta AI (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Data Collected

• Account Data: email and name provided during registration via Supabase Auth.
• Operational Data: minimal metadata to manage subscription, credit usage, and settings.
• Content Data: screenshots and audio processed temporarily to generate responses. We do not permanently store these files without your consent.

2. Data Usage

We use your data to:

• Authenticate your account and maintain the session.
• Process payments via Stripe.
• Provide AI responses and meeting analysis.
• Improve product quality and offer support.

3. Data Sharing

We work with trusted providers, including Google Cloud (Gemini) for inference, Stripe for payments, and Supabase for authentication/storage. These providers access data only to perform their services and under confidentiality agreements.

4. Retention

We retain account and subscription data while you maintain an active relationship with us. You can request account deletion by writing to info@oculta.ai. We delete screenshots and recordings after processing is finished, unless you indicate otherwise.

5. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure; use the App at your own risk and ensure you comply with local recording and privacy laws.

6. User Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Object to or opt out of certain processing.

7. Updates

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the App or legislation. We will notify of material changes through the App or by email.
